User-interactive Tool S3: Distribution of pairwise amino acid differences and functional distances between HLA molecules

User can choose to display the distribution charts for HLA A~A (red), B~B (blue), C~C (yellow), A~B (green), A~C (orange), and/or B~C (purple) molecule pairs. It is also possible to change the minimum number of populations in which the corresponding HLA alleles were observed. Pearson's test is used to determine the relationship between the two distributions for each gene pair.
