User-interactive Tool S4: Relationship between expected frequencies and functional divergence of HLA molecule pairs in each of the 123 population samples

The expected frequencies of HLA A~A (red dots), B~B (blue dots) and A~B (violet triangles) molecule pairs estimated in a selected population sample are plotted against their corresponding pairwise functional differences. Pairs consist of identical molecules (e.g. A*01:01~A*01:01) are also included.
